ORGANIC EATING AND FARMING
In this unit, fourth grade LEAP students learned about what it really means to eat and farm organically. They compared and contrasted organic and conventional farming as well as taste tested and analyzed organic and conventional foods. After much discussion and researching, LEAP students worked with partners to create presentations comparing and contrasting organic and conventional farming and eating. This unit culminated with a class wide organic taste testing event hosted by 4th Grade LEAP!
